🔥 Restaurant-Style Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe – Easy & Creamy!

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              ## 🧀 Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       ### For Paneer Tikka:

- 250g paneer (cubed)

- 2 tbsp thick curd (dahi)

- 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)

- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- ½ tsp turmeric

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- ½ tsp garam masala

- Salt to taste

- 1 tbsp oil

- ½ capsicum + 1 onion (cubed, optional)


### For Masala Gravy:

- 2 medium onions (chopped)

- 2 tomatoes (pureed)

- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- ½ tsp turmeric

- ½ tsp cumin seeds

- 1 tsp garam masala

- 2 tbsp fresh cream or malai

- 2 tbsp oil or ghee

- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnish

## 👨‍🍳 Instructions:

### 🔥 Step 1: Marinate the Paneer
1. Mix all tikka ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add paneer (and capsicum/onion if using).
3. Mix well, rest for 15–30 mins.

### 🔥 Step 2: Grill or Fry Paneer

- Roast on a tawa/pan till golden, or bake at 200°C for 10–15 mins.

### 🍅 Step 3: Make the Gravy
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
2. Add chopped onions – sauté until golden.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste – cook for 1 min.
4. Add tomato puree, turmeric, chili, salt – cook till oil separates.
5. Add cream and garam masala – mix well.

### 🥘 Step 4: Combine
- Add grilled paneer to the gravy.
- Cook for 3–5 mins. Garnish with coriander.
