## 🌿 Today’s Recipe: 5-Minute Green Chutney

This spicy, tangy chutney goes perfectly with samosas, pakoras, sandwiches, or parathas!


### 🧂 Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh coriander (dhaniya) leaves

- ½ cup fresh mint (pudina) leaves

- 2 green chilies

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons water (as needed)

### 🔪 Instructions:

1. Wash the coriander and mint leaves properly.

2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

3. Blend into a smooth paste. Add a little water if needed.

4. Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if required.

5. Serve fresh! Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
