BBQ Paneer Pizza is the perfect combination of smoky barbecue flavor and spicy Indian-style paneer. With soft paneer cubes marinated in BBQ sauce and loaded with colorful veggies and cheese, this pizza delivers a bold, tangy, and satisfying bite in every slice.

For the BBQ paneer:

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the pizza:

1 pizza base

2 tablespoons pizza sauce

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

1/4 cup chopped onions
-
1/4 cup chopped capsicum

Oregano and chili flakes
-
Butter for brushing
👨🍳 How to Make BBQ Paneer Pizza:

In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with BBQ sauce, chili powder, salt, and a little oil. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Sauté or grill the paneer on a pan until slightly crispy.

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Spread a mix of pizza sauce + BBQ sauce over the base.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
