🍕 Cheese Burst Pizza Recipe – Gooey, Cheesy Delight at Home

Cheese Burst Pizza is a dream come true for cheese lovers! With a molten, cheesy layer inside the base and loads of mozzarella on top, every bite is rich, creamy, and utterly satisfying. It's the ultimate indulgent pizza that’s perfect for cheat days, parties, or whenever you want something extra special.

Inspired by the popular Domino’s version, cheese burst pizza has gained massive love in India for its overloaded cheese explosion. Making it at home might sound fancy, but it’s super simple and fun. All you need is a double-layer base and lots of cheese.

This version is made with easily available ingredients and gives you the satisfaction of restaurant-style pizza in your own kitchen.

For the cheese burst layer:

  • 1/2 cup grated processed cheese (like Amul)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream or milk (for melting)

For the pizza:

  • 2 thin pizza bases (same size)

  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

  • Veg toppings (onions, capsicum, tomatoes, corn – optional)

  • Oregano, chili flakes

  • Butter or olive oil (for brushing)


👨‍🍳 Steps:

  1. First, melt processed cheese with cream or milk in a pan. Stir till smooth and gooey. This is your "burst" filling.

  2. Take one pizza base and spread the melted cheese mixture evenly.

  3. Place the second base on top to seal the cheese inside.

  4. Spread pizza sauce over the top base.

  5. Add mozzarella cheese and toppings of your choice.

  6. Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.

  7. Brush edges with butter or oil.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  9. Let it sit for 2 minutes, slice carefully, and enjoy the cheese burst!
