- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder

- 2 tbsp sev (optional)

- Fresh coriander for garnish

### 🔸 Step 1: Prepare Aloo Tikkis

1. Mix mashed potatoes, cornflour, cumin powder, red chili, and salt.

2. Shape into flat round patties.

3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden and crispy on both sides.

4. Remove and keep aside.
