☕ Eggless Coffee Walnut Cake – Rich, Aromatic & Nutty

 Coffee walnut cake ek British classic hai jo tea-time treat ke roop me kaafi popular hai. Hamara eggless version is filled with the aroma of coffee and the crunch of toasted walnuts — soft, moist, and totally irresistible for coffee lovers!














🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour (maida)

  • ½ cup brown sugar or white sugar

  • ½ cup curd (yogurt)

  • ¼ cup oil or melted butter

  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder (mixed in 2 tbsp hot water)

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (toasted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a cake tin.

  2. In a bowl, mix curd, sugar, coffee mixture, milk, oil, vanilla, and vinegar.

  3. In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Add dry ingredients into the wet mix gradually.

  5. Fold in chopped toasted walnuts.

  6. Pour batter into tin, tap gently.

  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
