🥭 Eggless Mango Mousse Cake – No Bake Summer Delight

 Mangoes are known as the "King of Fruits" in India, and this cake celebrates that royal flavour! A light and creamy eggless mango mousse cake that doesn’t even need baking. Refreshing, fruity, and perfect for summer parties, birthdays, or family dinners

🧾 Ingredients:

🍰 For the Crust/Base:

  • 1½ cups crushed digestive biscuits or Marie biscuits

  • ¼ cup melted butter

🍮 For Mango Mousse Layer:

  • 1½ cups mango pulp (fresh or canned)

  • 1 cup whipping cream (chilled and beaten)

  • ½ cup condensed milk

  • 2 tsp agar agar powder or gelatin (for setting)

  • ¼ cup warm water

🌟 For Garnish:

  • Mango slices or cubes

  • Mint leaves or glaze (optional)


👩‍🍳 Steps:

Step 1: Prepare Base

  1. Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter.

  2. Press into a springform pan to make a crust.

  3. Chill in fridge for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2: Make Mousse

  1. Dissolve agar agar in warm water.

  2. In a bowl, mix mango pulp, condensed milk, and whipped cream.

  3. Add agar agar mix into it and fold well.

  4. Pour over the chilled biscuit base.

  5. Smooth the top and refrigerate for 4–6 hours to set.

Step 3: Decorate

  1. Once set, garnish with fresh mango pieces.

  2. Slice and serve chilled!
