🍕 Garlic Bread Pizza Recipe – Buttery, Cheesy & Super Quick

 Garlic Bread Pizza is the perfect homemade treat that combines the bold flavor of garlic bread with the gooey goodness of pizza. It's crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with melty cheese and your favorite pizza toppings — all with a delicious garlic-butter base.

This is a great option when you want pizza but don’t have a base. You can use simple bread slices, pav, or homemade dough to create your own garlic-flavored pizza toast. It takes very little time and is perfect for quick snacks, kids’ lunchboxes, or even midnight cravings.

Whether you’re short on ingredients or just want something fast and flavorful, this recipe delivers maximum taste with minimum effort

  • 4 bread slices (white, brown, or pav buns)

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce or ketchup

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

  • Toppings: chopped capsicum, corn, onion, olives (as per choice)

  • Chili flakes and oregano for garnish

  • Salt to taste


👨‍🍳 How to Make Garlic Bread Pizza:

  1. Mix butter and garlic. Spread this garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

  2. Toast the buttered side lightly on a pan (optional) to make it crisp.

  3. Flip the slice and spread pizza sauce on the other side.

  4. Add cheese and toppings of your choice.

  5. Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes OR cook covered on a pan until cheese melts.

  7. Serve hot with dip or chutney.
