🥘 New Recipe: Masala Dosa with Potato Filling

Love South Indian food? Then you must try this **Masala Dosa** – crispy golden dosa filled with spicy potato (aloo) masala. Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar for the full experience!









## 🧾 Ingredients:

### 🔸 For Dosa Batter (or use ready-made):

- 1 cup rice

- ¼ cup urad dal

- ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds

- Salt to taste

- Water for grinding

(Soak 6 hrs, grind, ferment 8–12 hrs)

### 🔸 For Aloo Masala (Stuffing):

- 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)

- 1 onion (sliced)

- 1 green chili (chopped)

- ½ tsp mustard seeds

- 5–6 curry leaves

- ½ tsp turmeric

- 1 tsp ginger (grated)

- Salt to taste

- 1 tbsp oil

## 👨‍🍳 Instructions:

### 🔹 Step 1: Make Aloo Masala

1. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves.

2. Add onions, green chili, ginger – sauté until soft.

3. Add turmeric, salt, and mashed potatoes.

4. Mix well. Add little water if dry. Keep aside.

### 🔹 Step 2: Make Dosa

1. Heat non-stick tawa. Grease lightly.

2. Pour 1 ladle of batter, spread in circular motion.

3. Drizzle few drops oil. Cook till crisp & golden.

4. Place aloo masala in center and fold dosa.
